New York, February 8, 2012 — Horizon Media, the largest independent media services agency in the world and the fastest growing in the industry, announced today two key personnel changes in the LA Office – Zach Rosenberg has been elevated to the newly-created position of EVP, Chief Growth Officer and Serena Duff has been promoted to EVP, General Manager, Western Region.
Rosenberg’s new role capitalizes on his established track record of developing new business, having grown the LA office from $45 million to $450 million in 12 years as General Manager. He will now be responsible for driving growth of Horizon’s core media business as well as the company’s strategic divisions, including trade/barter, sports and entertainment marketing, social media and direct response. Zach will also support Horizon’s international network, Columbus Media, a $6.5 billion global partnership of leading independent media agencies. He will continue his involvement with current client relationships and will report directly to CEO Bill Koenigsberg.

In addition, Serena Duff will be elevated from EVP, Managing Partner to EVP, General Manager, Western Region. During her tenure at the company, Serena has played a key role in the company’s new business growth, attracting new clients and top industry talent to Horizon. In this position, she will be responsible for driving continued growth and innovation as well as managing the company’s west coast operations serving an expanding roster of clients, including Jack-in-The-Box, Clearwire, Constellation Wines, Crown Imports and Southern California Honda Dealers. Serena will report directly to CEO Bill Koenigsberg.
